Placing Your Order
To place your order for delivery or pickup, please order online. You may also call 404-875-4406, or fax your order to 404-875-8760.

Order Minimums
We charge a surcharge for orders that do not meet our minimum stated quantities.

Delivery Arrival Times
Your order is usually delivered to your location within one hour prior to your serving time.

Delivery Cutoff Times
Normal deadline for placing orders is 2:00 PM the day before for boxed lunches or our cold buffet; 48 hours will be required for hot food or our hot buffet. However, orders placed after this deadline will be filled whenever our kitchen production permits, subject to special conditions that will be discussed when you place your order.

Special Charges
The nature of our business often requires that special charges apply during rush times, evenings, weekends, early morning, or when deliveries are required to go great distances. At Rafeedie's Catering and Events, our main concern is for on-time delivery with the highest degree of regard for safe handling of your food.

Additional Services
Rafeedie's Catering offers our clients as much assistance as they wish. Just ask us if you need staff, serving equipment, tables, etc. As extra assistance is requested, additional costs will be billed accordingly.

Seasonal Availability
Obviously, certain menu items need to be subject to seasonal availability or our chef's concern for proper level of quality, so we reserve the right to offer substitutions to ensure that your guests and our management and staff will always be proud of what we serve.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations require concern on everyone's part. When a problem arises or a slight change is needed in your order, please call as early as possible. Once you have signed for your order, 50% of the total balance will become due if a cancellation is received more than seven days prior to the event date. The entire balance shall be due for any order cancelled with notice of seven days or less. No same day cancellations.

Making a Payment
Payment may be made by company check or all major credit cards. If prior arrangements are established, you may request to be billed. On certain orders a deposit may be required to reserve your date.

Current Pricing
Obviously, our prices will need to be raised or lowered from time to time, due to the constantly changing costs charged by our purveyors and suppliers. Visit our website for information on current pricing.

Sales Tax
All orders are subject to 8% Georgia sales tax unless your organization is tax-exempt.
